Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team at The Recruiting Squad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule depositions, meetings, mediations, and hearings
  • Assist attorneys in drafting and preparing all documents
  • Maintain office schedules and send out correspondence to parties via email or certified mail
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and voicemails
  • Organize, maintain, and manage case files
  • Track filing and response deadlines
  • Assist attorneys in all administrative areas, including marketing
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience as a litigation paralegal
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite/Workspace
  • Experience with Filevine is preferred
  • Ability to handle case management and administrative duties, including meeting deadlines
  • Ability to handle office management responsibilities
  • Task-oriented and result-driven
  • Experience in marketing
