Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crew Leader to join our team at Little General Convenience Stores. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Food Service Manager and Assistant Manager in the overall operation of our branded food service restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Staffing and Team Management: Assist with staffing and ensure that every customer leaves happy and all complaints are resolved. Train, trust, and empower team members to provide outstanding Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Accuracy, and Speed of Service.
  2. Operations and Safety: Assist with ensuring the safety and security of all employees and customers. Enforce branded franchise safety standards to ensure consistent delivery of safe food on every shift.
  3. Inventory and Supplies: Assist with the purchase of food, beverages, and supplies as needed and oversee their preparation to ensure that every product served meets our high standards of product quality.
  4. Marketing and Sales: Assist with ensuring all marketing plans are executed on time and accurately to build repeat customer visits, including approved Local Store Marketing.
  5. Leadership and Development: Provide leadership by engendering excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude, and commitment toward Company objectives. Use branded franchise training tools to effectively develop and prepare team members and managers for growth opportunities.
  6. Administrative Tasks: Assist with completion of semi-annual performance appraisals for all team members and responsible for administrative requirements and execution of all procedural guidelines.

  • Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for 95% of the time
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
