Role Responsibilities:
- Facilitate collaboration among various product and service owners to align on business strategies and roadmap execution.
- Drive strategic initiatives and engage with launch partners to design and implement new and improved processes and systems across sales, operations, and technology.
- Participate actively in the development of organizational strategies and roadmaps across multiple domains.
- Define business requirements, oversee project execution, and lead launch strategies.
- Manage multiple priorities while coordinating with stakeholders across diverse teams, including technology, UX design, data science, and legal.
- Analyze product performance and adoption metrics to inform decision-making.
- Ensure continuous engagement with customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to launch.
- Provide insights and recommendations for leadership reviews.
