We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Retail Construction Manager to join our team at International Staff Consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of retail projects across the Carolinas and Georgia.

As a Senior Retail Construction Manager, you will be accountable for coordinating and supervising all construction activities, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and maintaining the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other employees to ensure seamless project execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and supervising construction activities to achieve project goals
  • Maintaining schedules, identifying and resolving problems, and ordering materials as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements
  • Closing out projects efficiently and effectively

To be successful in this role, you will need 4-6 years of experience running crews or supervising remodel/upfit work, with expertise in scheduling, field supervision, quality control, safety, and production in all phases of construction. Experience in retail remodel/upfit for Publix and/or Walmart is also highly desirable.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals. A hands-on approach and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), bonus eligibility, and more.
