Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of respiratory therapists in providing patient care and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide education and training to respiratory therapists on new procedures and technologies.
- Conduct quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
- At least 4 years of experience as a respiratory care practitioner, with 2 years of experience in ICU, neonatal, and/or ER settings.
- Leadership experience and ability to lead a team of respiratory therapists.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
