Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage and control multiple assigned projects, including safety, budgets, contracts, schedules, and trade contractors and supplier coordination. The scope of the projects ranges from small to large and/or complex, with a specific focus on waste water treatment facility construction. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead project teams in conjunction with a Superintendent and provide functional expertise and regional project management team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and control multiple assigned projects, including safety, budgets, contracts, schedules, and trade contractors and supplier coordination.
  • Lead project teams in conjunction with a Superintendent and provide functional expertise and regional project management team leadership.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with trade contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Monitor and report project progress, including financial performance, schedule, and quality.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including safety, cost, and schedule risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including training and development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or equivalent and 8+ years of construction project management experience.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with scheduling, spreadsheets, cost control, and project management software.
  • Solid understanding of value engineering, life cycle costing, and project profit/cost processes.
  • Ability to read and comprehend building plans and specifications.
  • Recognition and achievement of high quality construction standards.
  • Thorough experience with multiple contract types under the CMR and Design-Build delivery methods.
  • Current or ability to become current with OSHA 30 and company safety requirements.
  • Ability to travel to project work sites 70+ miles away.
  • Willingness to work in various (sometimes extreme) climate conditions.
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.
