About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Review and analyze project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including safety codes and building regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financial reports, and risk assessments.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Valid certification such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage.
