Intelligence Collection Officer

Core4ce is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Collection Management Officer. This position is vital for supporting a key intelligence community sponsor that enhances mission-ready data processing and delivery systems essential for mission analysis. The selected candidate will take on the responsibilities of a Collection Management Officer (CMO), which includes reviewing, drafting, coordinating, and distributing reports derived from information exploitation in accordance with established reporting standards. A Full-Scope polygraph is a prerequisite for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with data operations and management teams to identify and document collections that hold potential value. Maintain communication with counterparts regarding the significance and priority of these data sets.
  • Partner with technical specialists to utilize tools and capabilities for data extraction from various domains.
  • Perform post-dissemination activities related to reporting, including evaluation, grading, and inquiries regarding the status, usage, origins, classification, and distribution of reports.
  • Engage with WMA counterparts to discuss information and subsequent operations stemming from newly identified leads.
  • Develop and maintain templates and guidelines for diverse collection and dissemination scenarios.
  • Accountable for identifying, synthesizing, and preparing for dissemination a substantial portion of the team's output, with reports aimed at informing customers and analysts about the capabilities of malicious actors as evidenced in their digital activities.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a Full Scope Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of certifications, training, and professional experience.
  • Proven experience in report writing, understanding field operations, and safeguarding sources and methods.
  • Ability to manage digital data streams throughout their lifecycle.
  • Basic knowledge of data exploitation techniques and current trends.
  • Experience in extracting information from various technical sources.
  • Capacity to collaborate with partners across multiple offices and US government agencies to manage collections and establish best practices.
  • Willingness to learn and apply knowledge to protect operations and interests.
  • Ability to understand and implement customer policies, regulations, and legal guidance.
