About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer Construction to join our team at Omega Innovations. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the development and design of customer-specific cylinder head components using Finite Element Method (FEM) calculations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop innovative product solutions for customer-specific cylinder head components
  • Provide technical customer support in coordination with the sales department, from inquiry to validation
  • Participate in cross-functional projects from planning to SOP
  • Conduct life cycle calculations from concept to calculation result
  • Perform reverse engineering processes
  • Develop and maintain technical documents, including best practices
  • Analyze, prepare, and evaluate results for problem-solving
Your Profile:
  • Completed degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Experience with 3D CAD software, preferably Creo Parametric and Simulation ABAQUS
  • Technical understanding, preferably in the metal processing industry
  • Initiative and cross-departmental working style
  • Intercultural competence and very good English skills in spoken and written form
  • Proficient in MS Office and Visual Basic, desirable
  • Strong communication skills and structured working style
