Job Title: Oracle CC&B Consultant

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 9 to 12 Months

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle CC&B Consultant to join our team at TWO95 International. As a Senior developer with expertise in Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients in the utility industry.

Responsibilities:

* Provide technical leadership and expertise in Oracle CC&B, including configuration, customization, and integration with other applications
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet client requirements
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, technical notes, and release notes
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle CC&B

Requirements:

* At least 12 months of total and verifiable experience with any utility industry client/project, with at least 12 months of total experience as a Systems or Technical Analyst with Functional (Operational and Technical) roles and responsibilities
* Strong understanding of functional and technical workings of Oracle Utilities based products (CCB, ORS, MWM)
* Experience with billing applications, including CCB, CC&B, CIS Plus, CIS+, Lawson, Workday, SalesForce, Java+Billing, Cobol+Billing, IWS Conversion, Oracle Utilities Framework, CIS and CRM Systems (SAP-CRM, Microsoft CRM, Oracle CRM, Praxis), and Payroll Applications and its integration with CCB
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or Science graduates with 4-7 years of experience
