Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties.
  • Carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and general handyman duties.
  • Troubleshoot and fix minor plumbing and electrical issues.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Designated Jobs:

Handyman:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
  • Troubleshoot electrical problems and perform necessary repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations for safety and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.

Electrician:

  • Conduct plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
  • Adhere to plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Provide cost estimates for plumbing projects and communicate effectively with clients.

Plumbing:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance to optimize HVAC system performance and efficiency.
  • Test and calibrate HVAC components to ensure proper functionality.
  • Respond to emergency HVAC service calls and address issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of HVAC maintenance and repairs.
