Survey Party Chief

We are seeking a highly skilled Survey Party Chief to lead our survey crew in delivering high-quality survey services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the survey crew, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Provide technical guidance and supervision to survey crew members
• Conduct pre-job briefings and safety meetings to ensure crew members are aware of project requirements and potential hazards
• Coordinate with clients and project managers to ensure that survey services meet their needs and expectations
• Identify and implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and precision in survey data
• Manage and maintain survey equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of survey crew members

• 5+ years of experience in boundary, topographic, and utility field surveys
• 3+ years of experience in construction stakeout
• Proficiency in use of GPS, robotic, and conventional survey instrumentation
• Proficiency in use of Trimble data collection software
• Valid NJ driver's license
