Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team at DHL Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our freight services business across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify and target new clients to expand our freight services business.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop Customized Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored freight solutions based on client requirements.
  • Manage Pricing Strategies: Effectively manage pricing strategies, cost control, and maximize profitability.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Hit sales targets and achieve revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience in Sales: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales within the transportation logistics industry.
  • Lead Generation to Closing: Experience in managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Pipeline Development: Proven ability to build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in the Forwarding Freight or medical/pharmaceutical device sectors.
  • Client Acquisition: Demonstrated ability to source and acquire new clients.
  • Relationship-Building: Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Track Record: Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • CRM and Microsoft Office: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
