Key Responsibilities:- Process Management: Comprehensive and accurate processing of all assigned tasks related to MSB billing, adhering to WiM standards.
- Clarification and Resolution: Handling of clarification cases, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and complaints from market partners and end customers.
- Billing and Invoicing: Correct and complete billing of POG remuneration, monitoring and recovery of claims, and maintenance of open receivables from MSB billing.
- Data Management: Cleansing of data discrepancies in preparation for the migration from IS-U to S4Hana, as well as cleansing of migration discrepancies.
- Commercial Background: Completion of a commercial apprenticeship or several years of experience in billing.
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of billing processes and familiarity with WiM.
- Soft Skills: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using MS Office and experience with billing software.
- Language Skills: Good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
- Continuous Development: Willingness to continuously develop skills and knowledge in the field of billing.
