About the Role
The Sales Director will be a key member of the Commercial Strategy Team at Remington Hotels, responsible for driving revenue growth and market share across a portfolio of hotels. This leadership position will be based in Miami, Florida, and will report directly to the EVP of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Commercial Strategy team, DVP of Operations and SVP of Sales to establish and exceed budgeted revenue and market share goals for all hotels in the assigned portfolio.
- Provide close support to property Sales Teams and General Manager in all areas of revenue development and optimization, including implementation, execution, and measuring results of best practices, tools, and resources.
- Work closely with sales teams on client engagement and lead development through all phases of the sales funnel.
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent in the marketplace.
- Be knowledgeable of all brands within the assigned portfolio and work with brand partners for greater visibility and benefits to property success.
- Hold team accountable for results within a motivating and nurturing environment that focuses on learning and growth opportunities for top performers.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and enhancement of Remington's Commercial Strategy with leadership and participation in new initiatives and programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, in a related field, preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish - Required.
- Multi-unit sales and marketing experience in a third-party management company.
- Strong record of accomplishment in driving sales initiatives and leading hotel sales teams.
- Proven track record of sales performance.
- Minimum of 3 years multi-unit Sales experience.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills.
- Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills.
