About the Job

This exciting opportunity is available for a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as an Insurance Business Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to expand our client base and promote our insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  2. Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive prospective clients to engage with our agency.
  3. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and networking efforts.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
  5. Industry Events: Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  6. Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on marketing and business development activities, including key performance indicators and successes.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in marketing, business development, or sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel within the designated area.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 per year, plus commission and bonuses.
