About the Role

As a Style Consultant at Target, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping environment for our guests. You will be the expert in our apparel products and accessories, and will be responsible for ensuring that our sales floor is set and replenished to meet the needs of our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming experience for all guests
  • Observe and respond to guest needs, using knowledge from store tools to understand key metrics and sales goals
  • Ensure product availability by keeping the sales floor replenished and organized
  • Set and maintain visual standards and visual merchandising guides
  • Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store, and use this knowledge to solve issues for guests
  • Support changes to product assortment and keep the area inspiring to guests all year round
  • Be an expert and dedicated owner of assigned areas, ensuring sales floor is zoned, in stock, and accurately signed for guests

You should be welcoming and helpful, with a strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories. You should also be able to communicate effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
