We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious, experienced Head of HR to drive and develop our people and equity strategy as our business goes from strength to strength. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to make a real difference in a growing and successful organisation.
As a key member of the management team, you will not only shape the HR and L&D strategy, you will implement it as well. Working in partnership with the Managing Director, Heads of Function and Regional Managers to maximise business and individual performance, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering best practise HR solutions that meet the current and future needs of the business.

This role requires a business manager first and foremost with the HR expertise and functional experience to make a visible difference. We would expect you to lead by example and be an ambassador for Mind Retails Values and Behaviours.
