About the Role:

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Coordinator to provide community human resources support in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide recruitment support for community positions, including attending job fairs and other recruitment activities.
  • Field questions regarding employment at the community and dispositions candidates in the applicant tracking system.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screening on all prospective hires and review results with the human resources manager/director.
  • Schedule and administer new hire paperwork and processing, communicating with new hires throughout the process.
  • Arrange travel and lodging for out-of-town applicants and hire employees through HRIS.
  • Conduct new hire surveys and exit interviews, inputting information into HRIS and maintaining employee electronic files.
  • Order office supplies for the department, complete community audits, and coordinate community program logistics.
  • Assist the HR Manager/ Director with investigations and facilitate Tuition Assistance, Worker's Compensation, and Leaves of Absence management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
