Clinical Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Coordinator. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as tuition reimbursement and scholarship programs.
Responsibilities- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Supervise and provide nursing care according to physician orders and established standards.
- Assign tasks to unlicensed personnel and record all pertinent treatment information in Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
- Maintain required medical records and administer medications according to State laws and regulations.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- A current RN license in the state of Texas and good standing with the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners.
- At least one year of experience in a long-term care setting.
- CPR and AED certifications.
