  • Engage with homeowners and insurance representatives to assess property damage and outline necessary repairs.
  • Prepare and present bids and estimates for various projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project, ensuring homeowner satisfaction and facilitating payment collection.
  • Travel is a requirement for this position.

Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $150,000 in the first year.

Essential Duties:

  • Conduct canvassing and schedule appointments effectively.
  • Utilize provided technology to generate detailed inspection reports.
  • Serve as a liaison among property owners, production managers, and insurance companies.
  • Monitor project progress on-site to ensure quality and adherence to the agreed scope of work.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • No prior experience in insurance or construction? We welcome candidates with a strong willingness to learn, persuasive skills, and a commitment to excellence. Comprehensive training and resources will be provided.
