About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Director to join our team at Celebree School of Fort Mill. As a key member of our educational leadership, you will play a vital role in shaping the academic and social-emotional growth of our students.


Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and implementing high-quality educational programs that align with state standards and Celebree's curriculum. This includes creating engaging lesson plans, managing classroom operations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement comprehensive lesson plans that meet state standards and Celebree's curriculum.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance, progress monitoring, and parental communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including childcare licensing requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to classroom staff, including coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote academic excellence and student well-being.

Requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of child development, education theory, and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams and implementing change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.
