Education Director

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Director to join our team at Celebree School of Fort Mill. As a key member of our educational leadership, you will play a vital role in shaping the academic and social-emotional growth of our students.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and implementing high-quality educational programs that align with state standards and Celebree's curriculum. This includes creating engaging lesson plans, managing classroom operations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong educational background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents. Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement comprehensive lesson plans that meet state standards and Celebree's curriculum.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including childcare licensing requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to classroom staff, including coaching, training, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote academic excellence and student well-being.
