This dynamic leader will oversee all aspects of the program, including planning, coordination, and implementation of various activities and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the organization's mission by developing and implementing programs that foster vocational growth, faith development, and community engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with students, families, and local organizations to create a supportive environment for transition and growth.
  • Collaborate with staff and volunteers to design and deliver high-quality services, including tutoring, workshops, and mentorship programs.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in career guidance and vocational ministry, incorporating new ideas and approaches into the program.
  • Analyze program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes and services.
  • Supervise a team of life coaches, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years' experience in counseling or youth program coordination.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, families, and community leaders.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
Compensation

$60,000 - $80,000 per year.
