Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lectures, lab sessions, and clinical courses to ensure students receive comprehensive training.
- Collaborate with program directors to implement college policies and objectives.

Requirements:
- A minimum of an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Current Phlebotomy certification and CPR certification required; additional medical assisting certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of educational theory and techniques.
- Previous experience teaching in a phlebotomy or medical assisting program and/or working as a phlebotomist or medical assistant.
- Demonstrated proficiency in technology and instructional tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to student success and inclusivity.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $**54,000 - $65,000**, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
