  • Deliver high-quality lectures, lab sessions, and clinical courses to ensure students receive comprehensive training.

  • Contribute to registration, recruitment, and retention efforts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Current Phlebotomy certification and CPR certification required; additional medical assisting certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of educational theory and techniques.
  • Previous experience teaching in a phlebotomy or medical assisting program and/or working as a phlebotomist or medical assistant.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technology and instructional tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to student success and inclusivity.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $**54,000 - $65,000**, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
