We are seeking a skilled Criminal Research Specialist to support our Production Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching applicant criminal history, providing technical and administrative support, and assisting with client-specific projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct online searches and maintain open communication with courts and vendors for outstanding research
  • Verify vendor clears and hits through quality assurance processes
  • Perform in-house record searches at state, county, and federal levels
  • Support production-related services and research new vendors
  • Assist clients with questions via phone and email
  • Quality-check new vendors for known hits
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
