Sales Development Team Lead

Ottimate (formerly Plate IQ) is a fast-growing business that automates accounts payables on their terms. As an SDR Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management and performance of one of our sales development teams. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is not afraid to jump right in and make an immediate impact. You should be comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone, eager to learn new things, and driven to exceed expectations. This is a fully in-person position based in Tampa or St. Petersburg, FL.
What You'll Do:
- Team Leadership: Build strong relationships with team members to identify areas of opportunity, coach, and provide individualized support to drive success.
- Performance Management: Monitor and maintain regular performance metrics and reporting, ensuring that activity levels and targets are consistently met.
- Recruitment & Growth: Network, hire, and support recruiting efforts to scale the SDR team as the company grows. Assist in onboarding and training new hires to ensure they are set up for success.
