Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for every customer.
- Drive profitable store sales by fostering a customer care culture and utilizing effective retail sales skills.
- Develop professional business relationships with associates, hosts, and doctors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Fill ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions, fit and adapt lenses and frames, and conduct measurements to ensure accurate and precise results.
- Maximize Managed Vision Care relationships and sales opportunities by effectively administering plans and improving average transaction values.
- Assist with the timely implementation of approved Marketing programs and initiatives to drive business growth.
- Ensure positive and productive host relationships through participation, support, and satisfaction measured by Patient Satisfaction Surveys.
- Hold applicable State licensure or certification as an optician.
- Ability to sell through effective sales skills and accountability for sales results.
- Experience and results in a retail or customer service establishment.
- Ability to provide enthusiastic and concise communication to meet/exceed customer expectations.
- Success in store merchandising and attention to detail.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Experience with personal computers preferred.
