Talent Source is looking for a skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our Account Management team. This role involves managing a portfolio of 10-15 accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving growth through customer training, product adoption, and implementation.

About the Role:
  • Manage a portfolio of 10-15 accounts and build long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Act as the primary customer contact, focusing on customer training, driving product adoption, and implementation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices and timely feedback to customers
  • Prepare regular reports and provide feedback to management on account status and key metrics
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in Martech/Adtech environment
  • Degree in Business Administration or Sales
  • Background in sports betting/Gaming industry would be advantageous
  • Ability to engage with and influence C-Suite stakeholders
  • Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Impeccable communication skills, written and verbal
  • Well-versed in SaaS customer management and strong understanding of consumer behavior
