Job Title: Workforce Development Specialist

Job Summary: Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting a Support Specialist in Glasgow, KY. The Workforce Development Specialist assists clients in their career path with resumes, job searches, and skill paths.

Responsibilities:

  • Process authorizations, payments, applications, status changes, and other database functions for multiple caseloads.
  • Prepare and review caseload reports as directed by Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals.
  • Handle confidential consumer information daily.
  • Answer internal and external phone calls, greet consumers at the front lobby area, and schedule appointments and/or meetings as needed.
  • Complete the scanning process for closed cases.
  • Operate office equipment, including computers, fax, and scanning equipment.
  • Receive, open, distribute, or prepare incoming and/or outgoing mail and parcels.
  • Maintain filing systems and other clerical duties.

Requirements:

  • Strong work history in Customer Service.
  • Experience working with government programs (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure.
  • A willingness to work as part of a team.
