Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Shift Details:
Our facilities maintenance specialists work varied shifts, typically between 11pm and 7am. This schedule allows us to provide efficient and effective cleaning services during off-peak hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain commercial office buildings to the highest standards.
- Ensure restrooms, break-rooms, and other areas are clean, dust-free, and well-maintained.
- Perform sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming tasks to keep facilities clean and hygienic.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
- Strong communication skills to effectively listen to client requests and follow supervisor instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Steel-toed shoes are required for certain tasks.
- Ability to work in hot conditions.
