Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting a Support Specialist in Glasgow, KY. The Workforce Development Specialist assists clients in their career path with resumes, job searches, and skill paths. The pay rate is 13.00 Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities: Employees will be required to complete tasks such as processing authorizations, payments, applications, status changes, and other database functions for multiple caseloads. Prepares and reviews caseload reports as directed by Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals. this employee will be handling confidential consumer information daily. Will be answering internal and external phone calls as well as greeting consumers at the front lobby area and scheduling appointments and/or meetings as the needed employee will also complete the scanning process for closed cases. Operate office equipment, ie: computers, fax, and scanning equipment. An employee will receive, open, distribute, or prepare incoming and/or outgoing mail and parcels. Maintains filing systems and other clerical duties as

Additional Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong work history in Customer Service

• Experience working with government programs (Preferred)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good time management and organizational skills

• The ability to work well under pressure

• A willingness to work as part of a team

Pay Details: 13.00 per hour
