Resident Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Services Manager to join our team at Quarterra Group. As a key member of our community operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring a smooth and efficient living experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Community Manager in overseeing and managing resident services aspects at each community.
- Act as the onsite supervisor in the absence of the Community Manager, organizing and delegating daily work to the teams.
- Lead by example, mentoring and motivating the onsite team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage resident communication initiatives, effectively identifying and sharing meaningful information.
- Assist with vendor questions and inquiries.
- Work in tandem with the Community Financial Specialist to follow the company's established procedures related to evictions.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to deescalate and resolve resident complaints and issues.

- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.
