Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable dining experience, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs to achieve profitability targets.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all restaurant operations comply with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum one year of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a similar hospitality environment.
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent, with some college education preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficient in restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service.
  • Certifications: ServSafe and/or food safety training, with alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS) a plus.
