Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Bartender to join our team at the Courtyard Marathon Florida Keys. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Take orders, prepare, and serve beverages and light meals to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hotel standards and safety protocols.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient service, handling guest requests and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in food and beverage service.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience in the Restaurant/Food and Beverage field.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • High school graduate or equivalent, with some college preferred.
  • ServSafe and/or food safety training a plus.
  • Alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS) a plus.
