Position Overview

The Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants is seeking an Office Support Specialist to provide essential administrative assistance at our Corporate Office.

We are in search of a friendly and proactive individual to become a vital part of our full-time office team. Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous. The standard working hours for this position are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating both accounts receivable and payable data entry along with database management.
  • Managing a multi-line telephone system.
  • Providing support to our restaurant locations through effective phone and email communication.
  • Organizing and maintaining the company’s filing systems as directed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure precise task completion.
  • Capability to independently schedule, plan, and execute assigned responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to collaborate effectively in team settings as well as work independently.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Dependable transportation for commuting to the office.
