Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain efficient patient flow and ensure seamless communication between patients and physicians.
  • Accurately document patient visit information and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  • Assist with scheduling outside tests and referrals, and maintain clean and safe environment in clinic area.
  • Participate in staff meetings and educational activities, and perform other duties as requested by Office Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Two years of medical office experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
