Medical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain efficient patient flow and ensure seamless communication between patients and physicians.
- Accurately document patient visit information and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Assist with scheduling outside tests and referrals, and maintain clean and safe environment in clinic area.
- Participate in staff meetings and educational activities, and perform other duties as requested by Office Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Two years of medical office experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
