Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations of deployed contractor teams
  • Manage the operational, maintenance, and logistical aspects of aircraft
  • Deliver on-site leadership and support to contractor personnel
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all on-site operations
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders
  • Ensure timely execution of tasks while adhering to budgetary constraints
  • Prepare mission reports and other required documentation
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a related sector
  • Proven experience in managing operations and logistics for deployed aircraft
  • Current or prior qualifications in weapons handling
  • Capability to secure a permit for firearm carry
  • Must fulfill medical and dental readiness criteria
  • Possess a Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) requirements and regulations
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Understanding of civilian aviation operations
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

This role may necessitate working in deployed and challenging environments. Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and meeting the physical and medical standards for deployment. Adaptability to various work conditions is essential.
