Job Summary:

In the role of Scheduler, you will report directly to the Director of Staffing & Analysis for one of Inter-Con Security's largest clients. Our expanding and dynamic team is dedicated to enhancing the scheduling operations for Inter-Con's most vital asset: our security personnel. If you possess strong communication skills, have an interest in scheduling, and enjoy engaging with people, this position is tailored for you. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily scheduling operations and administrative tasks
  • Assist client requests for additional services and modifications
  • Efficiently communicate with Officers to address scheduling gaps
  • Provide regular updates to the Operations Manager regarding potential issues related to scheduled hours, staffing shortages, and client requests
  • Develop and execute project plans for key strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing scheduling operations capabilities and responsiveness across California
  • Utilize available systems to optimize scheduling and minimize operational costs

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Able to navigate Inter-Con's corporate environment and effectively communicate with all management levels
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and meeting strict deadlines
  • Strong time-management, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Team-oriented with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency
  • Experience in scheduling is a plus
  • A college degree is highly desirable

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

· The position requires near and far vision for reading correspondence and using the computer, as well as acute hearing for providing phone and counter service to the public.
