Human Resources Information System Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Analyst to join our team at Family Service and Guidance Center of To. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of our HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the HRIS to ensure smooth transitions and communicate changes to end users.
- Configure HRIS reports and build custom reports as directed.
- Audit and monitor employee data to maintain accurate system records.
- Perform weekly audits of inbound and outbound integrations with benefits vendors and HRIS Payroll.
- Provide accurate and timely support to end users regarding business process issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Systems Analyst or similar role.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of HRIS platforms and software, including UKG Pro and UKG WFM.
