  • Meet Business Objectives: Achieve gas recovery and buyback goals, build and maintain a strong client base, and partner with sales and customer teams to retain and acquire new customers.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Provide guidance and mentorship to field service technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess the technical ability and aptitude to complete service jobs, including refrigerant recoveries.
  • Operational Efficiency: Utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships and ensure seamless communication across teams.
  • Safety and Compliance: Uphold Safety to Zero Harm Standards and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Education: College degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Age and Licensing: At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • CDL and EPA Certification: Ability to obtain CDL Class C with hazmat endorsement and EPA universal certification within 14 days of employment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft suites, including Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and Outlook.
