Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Junior Business Analyst E-Commerce. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating in the digitalization of accounting processes in the area of invoice verification / accounts payable accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development and implementation of future-proof processes and projects for the E-commerce sector
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify optimization potential
  • Collect and create functional requirements in collaboration with relevant departments (e.g. taxes, IT, supply chain)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or a related field
  • First relevant practical experience in the E-commerce sector, process management, accounts payable accounting, and/or a consulting company is desirable
  • Interest in digitalization trends, IT affinity, and first experience with SAP, preferably in the MM module
  • Independent, structured, analytical work and process-oriented thinking
  • Strong communication skills, ability to compromise, and a confident demeanor
  • Negotiation skills in German and good English skills
