**Program Financial Analyst**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Financial Analyst to join our team at Smiths Detection Inc. As a Program Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing financial support to our Program Managers, ensuring the accurate and timely financial reporting of our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial analysis and support to Program Managers to facilitate the preparation of financial reports and forecasts.
- Ensure that program financials are accurately accounted for and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support program decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2-4 years of finance or related corporate experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
