  • Prepare and execute payment requests, including checks and electronic transfers, in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and address any billing issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized and current accounts payable records and documentation.
  • Assist in month-end closing tasks, including account reconciliations and accruals.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure correct coding and allocation of expenses.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to process enhancements and efficiency improvements within the accounts payable function.
  • Comply with financial regulations, internal controls, and data security protocols.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an Accounts Payable role.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and compliance.
