Are you driven by the challenge of designing innovative cloud solutions for cutting-edge "Internet of Things" (IoT) clients? The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Solutions Architect team collaborates with customers to create and implement some of the most scalable, adaptable, and robust cloud architectures.

AWS Solutions Architects work closely with AWS Sales and various internal teams to tackle customer business challenges and expedite the adoption of AWS services.

As a trusted advisor, Solutions Architects empower organizations to grasp best practices surrounding advanced cloud-based solutions and offer guidance on strategies for transitioning existing workloads to the cloud.

Your role will involve driving successful business outcomes across a diverse range of enterprise clients through your enthusiasm for educating, training, designing, and constructing cloud solutions.

You will have the chance to shape and execute a strategy by fostering deep executive relationships and influencing the adoption and extensive use of AWS within your enterprise clientele. This will involve mobilizing resources within AWS and collaborating with our extensive partner network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customer executives and architects to enhance their business outcomes and recommend cloud architectures aligned with their long-term objectives.
  • Drive technical solutions with clients to resolve intricate technical challenges and leverage your expertise to design scalable, adaptable, and resilient cloud architectures.
  • Define and manage customer engagements, focusing on clear and well-defined objectives and success criteria.
  • Develop and deliver customer solutions by engaging both internal teams and partners.
  • Convey the voice of the customer and proactively work within the organization to influence the evolution of AWS products and services.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Electronic Design Automation workloads and architectures hosted on-premise, hybrid, and native cloud environments for chip design, including frontend, backend, orchestration, automation, design verification, and tooling.
  • Experience in developing software and hardware solutions within the IoT and Embedded Software sectors.
  • Comfortable experimenting with AI and ML to synthesize data from connected devices.
  • Strong understanding of data processing, analysis, and visualization, with experience leading such technical discussions.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.

3+ years of experience in specific technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).

4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.

Technical degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $204,300/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is determined by several factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
