Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to DGX Cloud clients, ensuring their objectives are met through effective use of the platform.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for customers, enhancing their time to insights with DGX Cloud.
  • Develop and deliver educational resources to empower vertical teams and communities regarding DGX Cloud capabilities.
  • Provide technical guidance and gather product feedback to refine DGX Cloud offerings.
  • Support the initial integration and deployment of NVIDIA's emerging software products alongside DGX Cloud.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 5 years of experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI) and cloud-native software architectures.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and a strong grasp of NVIDIA technologies, with a proven track record of customer engagement.
  • Expertise in parallel filesystems (e.g., Lustre, GPFS) and high-speed interconnects (e.g., InfiniBand).
  • Proficient in coding and debugging, with experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Kubernetes, and other high-performance computing solutions.
  • Experience deploying GPU applications in high-performance environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with NVIDIA DGX Cloud and AI Enterprise Software.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and software deployment in enterprise settings.
