We are seeking a highly experienced Pump Sales Professional to join our team at Omni-Pump Repairs, Inc.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic sales position that involves presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing customers in the commercial/municipal/industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell company pumps, motors, controls, valves, and other related equipment to clients.
  • Prospect and contact potential customers to expand our client base.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure consistent sales revenue.
  • Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets by consistently identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, customer service, or other related electro-mechanical fields, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. They should be deadline-oriented, detail-focused, and able to build rapport with clients.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (not required but preferred).
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related electro-mechanical fields.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
