Job Title: Medical Technologist (MT) / Medical Lab Technician (MLT)

Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician to perform a variety of laboratory tests, analyze results, and ensure compliance with quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform laboratory tests and analyze results to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Associate's degree for MLT.
  • ASCP certification (or equivalent) preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
