Logistics Account Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Circle Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through proactive communication and solution-based sales strategies
- Analyze customer needs and develop personalized solutions to meet their freight-related requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer shipments and resolve any issues that may arise
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and strengthen customer partnerships
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- 3+ years of experience in freight brokerage or account management
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
