Job Description

Weis Markets is seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

About the Role

The Customer Service Ambassador will be the first point of contact for customers entering the store and will provide assistance with shopping carts, unloading groceries, and other tasks as needed.

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in a friendly manner and responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot and ensure they are safely stored on the cart corral or front porch.
  • Unload groceries for customers and assist them with carrying items to their vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning restrooms and break rooms.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
