Qualifications for Success:

In this pivotal role, you will guide clients through their laser hair removal journey, create customized treatment packages, drive revenue growth, and lead a successful team.

This position offers competitive earning potential with a base salary and uncapped commission. Experience & Skills Required:

- Minimum of 2 years in a commission-based sales environment
- Proven success in surpassing sales targets and leading high-performing teams
- Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate client needs and offer proactive solutions
- Experience mentoring and managing a team of 2 to 5 employees
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in various computer systems and software

- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred

Position Responsibilities:

- Execute established sales processes to meet revenue targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including consulting, closing, and customer retention
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct engaging product consultations to convert leads into clients while educating them on laser hair removal
- Promote treatment packages through effective sales techniques and value propositions
- Actively seek client reviews and referrals
- Utilize financing options to ensure sales excellence
- Coach and develop team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment

Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong customer relationships by providing outstanding service
- Address client inquiries or concerns regarding treatments
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Use various computer systems and software for daily operations, scheduling, and sales tracking.
